What We Offer
In addition to fabricating and erecting structural steel, Weld Tech fabricates and installs handrails, stairs, ladders, platforms, gates, and custom architectural components. We can also fabricate and install aluminum and stainless steel architectural items.
Weld Tech has a team of skilled and qualified welders, fabricators, and steel erectors. Our welders are certified in accordance with American Welding Society (AWS) standards, and meet or exceed the training and experience requirements of all federal and state agencies.
We utilize an in-house quality control plan and meet the requirements of an approved fabricator under Chapter 17 of the 2012 International Building Code. Our program minimizes erection errors, and ensures the quality of welds and materials used for a project. We can also tailor our quality control plan to meet specific project requirements.
Better quality ensures a better finished product, as well as faster steel erection with less downtime. Our quality control measures have produced satisfied customers at a variety of government facilities including, but not limited to: NASA LARC, Langley AFB, Yorktown NWS, Ft. Eustis, Ft. Lee, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Naval Station Norfolk, Hunter Army Airfield, and MCRD Parris Island.
